Pouch style

This controls front coverage. Classic gives you the most; Slim, Tower, and Tear Drop step it down from there.

Back style

Original gives you the least rear coverage. Larger Triangle adds more, and Full Thong Back gives you the most.

At Just Men’s Thongs, we offer a huge selection of sizes and styles. Use the fit guide below to see your options and decide what you want to try. Our waist sizing is true to size, so choose the size you normally wear.

Because every pair is handmade to order, we can adjust the pouch depth and back strap length to fine-tune your fit. For your first pair, we recommend choosing the standard fit for your usual size before making any adjustments.

We draft, test, and refine our own patterns, then cut and sew every pair to order in our Salt Lake City shop. We do not choose finished products from a manufacturer’s catalog and put our name on them.
