Return & Refund Policy

Just Men’s Thongs is operated by JMT Apparel LLC.


1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Just Men’s Thongs are handmade to order and classified as intimate apparel.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, as well as the custom nature of our production process, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

No exceptions are made for incorrect size selection, fit or comfort preferences, or buyer’s remorse.


2. Made-to-Order Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each item is produced specifically for you only after the purchase is confirmed.

  • Production Phase: Materials are allocated and production begins shortly after purchase. Orders enter the Production Phase within one (1) hour of order placement.

  • Once an order has entered the Production Phase, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

  • Processing and shipping timelines are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is materially defective or incorrect due to our error (for example, an incorrect size or color compared to your order), you must follow the procedure below:

Notification:
Contact us at support@justmensthongs.com within 48 hours of delivery, as recorded by the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

Documentation:
Clear photo documentation of the issue and original packaging is required.

Resolution:
If the issue is verified as our error, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
Refunds are not issued.

Note:
Minor variations in stitching, fabric placement, or construction are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.


4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system (including GPS confirmation where available), JMT Apparel LLC has fulfilled its contractual obligation.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Refunds are not issued for packages with a confirmed Delivered status.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy.

JMT Apparel LLC will contest disputes filed contrary to these terms.

Evidence submitted to the financial institution may include:

  • Customer acknowledgment of these policies at checkout

  • Order and production records

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to address any concerns before involving a financial institution.


6. Policy Acceptance

This Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.

By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
