Shipping & Processing Policy Just Men’s Thongs is operated by JMT Apparel LLC.

1. Made-to-Order Production Every item we sell is handmade specifically for you. Production begins only after your order is confirmed.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Definition: “Processing” refers to the time needed to hand-craft and package your order. This does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver the package.

2. Shipping Timeframes & Estimates Total Time = Processing Time (1–4 business days) + Carrier Transit Time.

  • Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Once your package is handed off to the carrier, JMT Apparel LLC is no longer in control of delivery speeds, weather delays, or carrier backlogs.

3. Discreet Packaging & International Privacy We prioritize your privacy. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.

  • No product names or logos appear on the exterior of the mailing envelope/box.

  • The return sender name appears as JMT Apparel.

  • International Customs: For international shipments, we are legally required to provide a customs description. Items are listed as “Apparel” or "Clothing" to remain discreet while complying with international regulations. Please note: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Address Accuracy & Redirects Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee to send the order to a corrected address.

5. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier’s tracking system (or verified via carrier GPS delivery coordinates), the order is considered legally fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery. We recommend shipping to a P.O. Box or secure location.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located:

    1. Check with household members or neighbors.

    2. Allow 24 hours for possible early delivery scans by the carrier.

    3. Contact your local carrier branch directly to verify the exact delivery location.

  • Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages with a confirmed "Delivered" status.

6. Split Shipments Orders may ship in multiple packages to improve delivery speed. Separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

7. Final Sale Notice Due to the intimate nature of our products and our made-to-order production process, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Address errors entered by the customer

  • Fit or size preferences
