What is our free shipping offer?

Buy 3 items and get free standard shipping (US only). The discount applies automatically at checkout. Expedited options are extra. Orders are handmade, and processing is typically 5–7 business days. Holidays and unexpectedly busy periods may occasionally extend processing times.

What are our sizes?

All of our thongs fit standard US letter sizing and should generally match the size of other underwear you wear.

Small: US waist 28–30

Medium: US waist 30–32

Large: US waist 32–34

XL: US waist 34–36

2XL: US waist 36–38

3XL: US waist 38–40

4XL: US waist 40–42

5XL: US waist 42–44

6XL: US waist 44–46

7XL: US waist 46–48

How long will orders take to be processed?

Each thong is carefully handmade from scratch and to order. Our normal processing time is 5–7 business days, followed by the transit time for your selected shipping method.

Holidays and unexpectedly busy periods may occasionally extend processing times. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us at support@justmensthongs.com before ordering, and we’ll let you know whether that timeline is possible.

Are returns or cancellations accepted?

Returns are not accepted due to the intimate nature of the items. We want our customers to feel confident that every thong they receive was made specifically for them in brand-new, unworn condition. Because all thongs are made to order, cancellations are also not accepted.

A thong I like is out of stock. Will you be getting it back in stock?

Our thongs are made in small quantities, and sometimes a fabric will run out that we either do not or are unable to restock. If you missed your chance to order, please email us at support@justmensthongs.com, and we’ll see whether we can bring it back. Please note that it is not always possible to obtain the same fabric again.
