All products sold by Just Men’s Thongs are made to order. Production begins only after an order has been placed.

Because each product is handmade, minor variations may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Any production or shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICE, AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part thereof) without notice.

All sales are final.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our made-to-order production process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Fit preference

  • Shipping delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
